Pros

Madwire is awesome. I was seeking a new job because I needed somewhere that I would be challenged and forced to be better at what I do. I needed to go somewhere with smart people who not only care about the work they do, but are able to lift others up and help willing participants step up their game. I also wanted to come somewhere that I would enjoy, where I could have some fun and where I could sometimes escape the frustration and tedium that often accompanies the skills Ive chosen to foster. I really have found all these things at madwire. There is an energy here, a spirit of excellence that pervades everything we do. It's exciting, and it makes coming to work every morning that much easier. Certainly one of the reasons that this business is as successful as it is are the leaders of this operation: Joe and JB. They are not only on the mark with this business, but they are genuinely great guys. I feel lucky every day to have this job.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about. It would be nice to see 401K matching, though I do feel that I am fairly compensated for my work. Additionally, getting used to a 7AM starting time was a bit of a struggle, though I am fairly used to it now, and can actually see some benefit to it.

Thank you! Really glad to have people like you on our team. With regards to 401K, the program is pretty new and we plan to include company contributions here soon. Thanks!

Pros

Cutting-Edge Tech: The company is genuinely dedicated to staying on the frontier of technology, ensuring you are always working with the best tools and forward-thinking tech. Amazing Work Culture: The environment is incredibly supportive and collaborative—it's a place where you actually enjoy showing up every day. Uncapped Commission: The earning potential is exactly what salespeople look for. Hard work is directly rewarded with an uncapped commission structure. Fulfilling Work: The projects and day-to-day tasks helping small businesses grow feel meaningful, making it easy to stay motivated and proud of what you do.

Cons

Commission Ramp-Up Time: It takes a little bit of time for commissions to start building up initially, so you need to be prepared for a ramp-up period when you first start. Account Distribution Pace: Although Management tries its best to accommodate your needs, you can't control the pace at which you receive new accounts, which means your pipeline can sometimes feel out of your hands.

Pros

1. If you want to escape retail or foodservice, Madwire provides you an opportunity to work a traditional Monday-Friday 7-4 work schedule. They'll hire anyone who will gladly exchange retail hours for low compensation expectations. 2. It's a fun workplace until ... it isn't. 3. Congratulations on adopting AI into the organization as it helps cover / disguise the lack of marketing talent in the organization.

Cons

1. If a "quiet, non-spoken" RIF doesn't get you, a termination will. My guess is a MINIMUM of 85% of all former Madwire employees were terminated "with cause." 2. Madwire SaaS is a hodge-podge of other products and services packaged under the Marketing360 brand, nothing unique or earth shattering. 3. JB does a great job of marketing Madwire, unfortunately, this doesn't translate downstream. Marketing Executive turnover is non-stop revolving door so more than half our clients are being led by new hires in some stage of onboarding and/or training. 4. There was a recent increase in base from $35k to $60k. Much needed, however, an equal reduction in earned commissions mean there was no real effective pay increase. Shuffled comp is all it is. 5. MCs and MEs spend 10-20% of their time recovering unpaid invoices. In large part to unmet expectations, lack of results, broken promises. 6. Tough to sell a product you don't believe in, have experienced consistent failure client after client. 7. Client retention is horrific. 8.
