Pros
I've had jobs in a lot of different industries (retail, food service, marketing, construction, media), and this has by far been the best all-around professional experience. I enjoy my job more than anyone I know. I work in a great office (awesome Colorado views, lots of open areas and light), with a great atmosphere, great people, and great leadership. My hard work feels valued, and more importantly to me, it feels meaningful, because the focus that permeates the company is, foremost, helping our clients to grow (even though everyone is definitely excited about our own growth). There is opportunity for advancement within the company, and I've never had coworkers so dedicated to producing quality work. I wouldn't usually mention this fact, however it just feels very appropriate in this case, but as a wheelchair-user, I can especially speak-to and appreciate their accommodating attitude, generosity, and understanding.
Cons
I didn't love the 7 AM start time my first few weeks, but I kind of enjoy it now. It feels great to be done by 4 PM.
