Pros

People are great. Leadership is great. Acquisitions may caused Support Services to be neglected. Bdrs are leaving that are great Anthony Henderson was great. Have a career path for these people to move from BDR’s to junior Account Executives still doing some hunting aligning them with a Sr sales executives they will train them. Losing great talent. Focus on service! Sales’ needs referable accounts and evangelical clients. Acquisitions probably caused some challenges. Trainers need on Salesforce. Again great people The trainers are awesome Cookie Pope, Great people great hires. Lucy Dillon, Denise Berhen’s and Cookie Pope is awesome. Managers are great, Sales support is great

Cons

Support for clients in various area. Give incentives for positives surveys after ever Support call. With in six months things will get better.

Pros

Work hard, play hard environment. You have the ability to perform at your best and your managers support you.

Cons

Stability of the product could be better. The need to grow kind of trade offs the quality.

Pros

There are so many great things about this job. Relatively flexible work schedule, very innovative, and a relaxed work environment. The company is smaller, so there is a lot of room to help make changes quick. I love my job, and love my coworkers. I have become friends with several of my coworkers, and everyone there is pretty genuine. The company wants their employees to be happy, and are willing to invest in your life both personally and professionally. I plan to be working at this company for years to come!

Cons

Truly there aren't many cons to this job. It's hard work, and it's very much a self starter mentality there. Personally I love that environment, but it's not for everyone. You will work hard, and possibly more hours than your typical corporate job, but we typically don't mind both because we love our job, and they do so much for us. If you are a structured work environment type of person this may be a struggle of a transition. The casual work environment is adjustment for some.
