Pros

Work with emerging technologies. Easy to get hired. Fellow workers are technology smart and usually flexible. Small company with medium company benefits. Will pay your cell phone bill. Free Friday lunches.

Cons

Management style is benevolent dictatorship. Management will assign same task to different developers to see who wins. Verbal agreements during hiring are quickly for forgotten. New employee luster wears off as new employees are hired. Technology growth and selection is chosen by one person without warning. Either you are in or you out. Lacks a culture of responsible development such as automated test, software metrics, code reviews and refactoring as needed.

Pros

Great people and culture at Malauzai. Everyone is easy to get along with and they have a good management team. They also value life work balance. The work is interesting, challenging and fast paced. Malauzai is stable and has a proven business model. They have free snacks and drinks as well as free lunch on Fridays. Standard medical and dental insurance.

Cons

The office used to be loud, but it's much better since expanding the company to another floor.

Pros

I have been working at Malauzai for almost a year now, and I could't be happier with the environment and the management. Managers are in touch, and really value your opinions. I have had no problems expressing concerns with higher management, and feel like I am able to preform my job to the best of my abilities.

Cons

Parking can be challenging if you arrive late
