Small org, big impact - Anonymous employee Mammotome Employee Review

Small leadership team can be overly influenced by one or two loud voices. We are small-mid size med device, not like other Danaher OpCo’s, so if you want to move up within Danaher you have to leave medical device. We are not quite big enough to need all of the Danaher tools and processes, but using them is the standard expectation, so we can spend a lot of time over-doing / over-processing things that could more efficiently be done with a more intuitive assessment and disciplined execution.
