Pros
Best devices on the market, but that's quickly changing with the new management direction. There are still good engineers there for now, if the new management leaves, the engineering team can fix the mistakes management made.
Cons
Currupt, incompetent top management. The folks on top of Mammotome have no clue how to run a medical device company, they are slowly but surely destroying the great devices Mammotome is know for. There is zero regard for the quality of the device output from them, all about increasing they're end of year bonus. Most of the good employees have left, and in an attempt to save headcount (and their bonus) management has promoted incompetent people to positions of power, destroying the integrity of Mammotome a little further ever day.
