Pros
This is a great company for teachers/tutors who prefer to be in control of their own curriculum. Plenty of resources are available for everyone, including textbooks, videos/online resources, and a nice midtown office with a few classrooms, but individual tutors are given total freedom to decide which to use and how to structure lessons. Tutors also have total freedom in setting their schedules and do not need to log a minimum number of hours. Students from all around the world are available on a regular basis (especially during peak standardized testing seasons). The staff is friendly and easygoing and happy to help out when needed.
Cons
Since it's a small company, there isn't much room for longtime employees to take on higher positions or increase their salary.
