Not enough pay - Finacial Services Representative Manhattanville University Employee Review

Manhattanville University is a great place to work for a number of reasons. First, the work environment is very supportive. I can bring many ideas and suggestions to my supervisor and they will take them into thought and utilize those ideas. Second, the campus is beautiful! It is very peaceful to take a walk around campus during lunch or after work. Lastly, the tuition remission benefit has been instrumental in my career and has helped set a clear pathway for my future.

The technology is out of date for certain areas, but I know that they are working on updating any out of date tech.

Manhattanville has encouraged me to be proactive in my various roles through the years, improving my problem-solving skills and my professional workday skills in ways too numerous to list. The best part are the committed and dedicated people I work with!

Sometimes we have to be a little scrappy and resourceful, working to teach ourselves a bit. (But that independence and trust can be an asset--see the learning mentioned above!)
