Pros
Occasional Bonuses, 17 PTO days (Back when I was around), good insurance, pay was decent. Getting a relevant degree based on company needs may actually help you out career wise.
Cons
It was alright during my time. It can be heavy at times, it's a typical factory job but since you may or may not work/come in contact with chemicals, it's a good idea to review lab safety just in case. If you're unsure about something like cleaning mix tanks, opening dry mix sacks or etc; ask for extra PPE and actually receive what you think you need like the sleeve covers, chemical gloves, maybe an extra n95, apron, etc.
