Management is a joke. No team atmosphere. Turn over rate is through the roof.

It was alright during my time. It can be heavy at times, it's a typical factory job but since you may or may not work/come in contact with chemicals, it's a good idea to review lab safety just in case. If you're unsure about something like cleaning mix tanks, opening dry mix sacks or etc; ask for extra PPE and actually receive what you think you need like the sleeve covers, chemical gloves, maybe an extra n95, apron, etc.
