Terrible pay, promised a pay rate which I was not given. Very poor management, clearly the management needs to be let go and have restaff. Unable to voice your concerns for management confronts the issue and gives your name to the employee that is of concern making for a hostile work environment. Managent takes too much time off and when around they are all together discussing things of their personal interest and not the company. Residents do not receive the care or activities that they deserve. Rules change on a daily basis. Very unorganized. Never have I worked for such a terrible place in my life. This place hires anyone just to have a body there.
