Pros
I like working for a market leading platform, with tech that actually works. Strong customer base, strong products, and smart capable colleagues. Can't ask for more than that. Benefits: Fully Stocked kitchen with breakfast cereals, snacks (just got a box of curly wurlys) and everything else you would expect, tea/coffee and a beer fridge. Location: Covent Garden, I'll say no more.
Cons
There are the usual social events (xmas party, summer party) but outside of that there isn't too much of a social atmosphere in the office. Don't get me wrong, everyone is very friendly, but the majority of people here come in, do their job, and head home. Individual teams organise drinks after work but ideally there would be something arranged for the entire office to attend more frequently.
