Growing company but lacks in many ways - Anonymous employee Marin Software Employee Review

Thank you so much for your feedback! Your comment about not having much of a culture in its community is an interesting point and we would love to hear your suggestions about how we can improve it. Marin Software's culture has always been about having work/life balance (as you noted, flexibility and work/life balance is a pro here!). As much as we want our employees to be hardworking and like the colleagues that they work with, we hope that they won't spend all of their time in the office and have a chance to go out and pursue their personal interests. Also, we are currently looking into finding corporate volunteer opportunities and encouraging teams to participate in volunteer events for their team bonding events as a way to try to give back to the community.
