Pros

Good benefits, decent hourly rates, 5% 401k, 2-2-3 schedule with included OT

Cons

No chance of advancement with the current management, recently they hired 100+ new people and not a single leadership position was offered to any of the current staff, this alone shows how not to run a plant. HUGE difference between salary (office) people and hourly brewer's, they receive bonuses and 110% job security, while brewer's face strict attendance policies, and if a mistake is made it's an instant write up

Pros

A dynamic company that's not for everyone, but if you're a skilled change agent, and not afraid to take ownership and make a difference, it's a wonderful company to work for.

Cons

Lots of change and sometimes difficult to keep up but you can learn more at Mark Anthony in a year compared to what you'll learn in a lifetime at other organizations.

Pros

There are some really wonderful people here. Unfortunately, there are only a few.

Cons

What initially seemed like a strong career move unfortunately turned out to be a disappointing experience. Leadership at multiple levels often lacked clarity, consistency, and the ability to foster a supportive work environment. In my time here, communication was poor, and collaboration was often undermined by unprofessional behavior that was tolerated, if not normalized. Recently, the company announced widespread layoffs, including my role. While I understand that difficult decisions must be made in business, the way it was handled left many employees feeling undervalued and blindsided. There are some talented people here trying to do the right thing, but the overall culture—particularly at the top—makes it incredibly difficult to effect meaningful change. If you're considering a role here, I’d encourage asking tough questions about culture, leadership, and long-term vision.
