Pros

Other agents were great and super helpful

Cons

I was there about two months, and they sent me terrible leads that were very small (some even as low as $45k). Most of them were under $100k and the buyers were not serious and didn't get back to me no matter how much I contacted them. MSRE stopped sending me leads at about 1-1/2 months in. I went from getting a lead every 2 to 3 days to going 2 weeks without one new lead. I really do believe they set me up for failure, and they used the excuse that I wasn't around much for those 2 weeks to say they had a problem with me. After the first week of no leads I reached out and told them how discouraged I was, that I was willing to do whatever they wanted me to do like take another class, or to go back to Atlanta for training, and all they suggested was changing my criteria with the Call Center, which they said they did but I don't believe that, and maybe some more "role-playing". They told me not to be discouraged. They told me when I started that they would not let me flounder, but for some reason they just wanted me out. Then they was upset because I was teaching one class this semester at the University of Georgia, which I had to do since there was no money coming in with MSRE and none apparently on the horizon. Thank God I took that small adjunct position or I would be making nothing for months! I was new as a realtor and I was promised great training, which is normally done in their main office in Atlanta, but I was told that I could be trained near me in Bogart. I had probably 2-3 days of training, which was really just setting up all my accounts, etc. So then they were unhappy with me because I wasn't doing what they thought I should be doing, but that they had never told me to do. Then they did not even give me one opportunity to do what they wanted. The training in Bogart was REALLY lacking and unprofessional!

Pros

Remote work. No other pros.

Cons

Low moral across inside teams. Separation of departments. Lack of transparency on any company changes or policy changes. There is no HR/Employee handbook. Senior leadership is not kind and lacks empathy. (Clicky) Volume is insane. Micro management at its heaviest. It is now a call center. Expect high call volume and no breaks. Job description does not match actual work. Bonus structure is weak. No opportunity for career advancement. If you wanna be underpaid and under appreciated, this is the place for you. This is not a real estate position. It’s a call center and you’re penalized for providing good customer service. The bonus structure is a ratio. Any call over 45 seconds count negatively against you and takes money from your bonus. I wouldn’t recommend this job to my worth enemy.
