Pros

You will stay busy. There is a lot of good brand exposure and the support staff is great.

Cons

You get 18% of commissions while MSRE keeps the rest. Turnover at the management and agent level is troubling. Nobody stays here more than 6 months. Deceitful business practices relating to the “Guaranteed Offer” that is MSRE’s way to get in your house as most of the homes DO NOT QUALIFY!! They also require you to be present in the office (even though you are a 1099 contractor)

Thank you for the feedback! That said, I do have to disagree with a lot of your points. We closed over 700 Guaranteed Offer transactions in 2019 and our clients are happy that we provide multiple options versus just one pathway to sell their home. That said, we are a fast-paced sales culture and are certainly not for everyone. I am sorry you didn't find success in our system. Best of luck to you in the future! -- John Makarewicz

Remote work. No other pros.

Cons

Low moral across inside teams. Separation of departments. Lack of transparency on any company changes or policy changes. There is no HR/Employee handbook. Senior leadership is not kind and lacks empathy. (Clicky) Volume is insane. Micro management at its heaviest. It is now a call center. Expect high call volume and no breaks. Job description does not match actual work. Bonus structure is weak. No opportunity for career advancement. If you wanna be underpaid and under appreciated, this is the place for you. This is not a real estate position. It’s a call center and you’re penalized for providing good customer service. The bonus structure is a ratio. Any call over 45 seconds count negatively against you and takes money from your bonus. I wouldn’t recommend this job to my worth enemy.
