Pros

They will give you free leads, and tons of training to make sure you area ready. You will look very professional in front of potential clients and have the tools to help close the deal.

Cons

Lies. First Lie: I was told we wouldn't go to homes that were already on market, but was sent to multiple homes that were on market. Second Lie: Clients are lead to believe when we walk into the house we are going to give them an offer. The Commerical says, "CALL TO GET YOUR GUARANTEED OFFER TODAY." When confronted with this, we are to tell potential clients, that they heard the messaging wrong, that there are thousands of commercials out there and they probably confused it. Third lie: The commercial states, "no obligation". But yet we are told we have to get the listing agreement signed before we can give them any offers at all. Which made several clients upset. They had no desire to list, and we were forcing them to sign a listing agreement just to get the low ball offers that investors bring in. Not only were there lies, but if you have a family, you cannot do this job. They will fire you if you have any family issues, if you lose transportation, if you don't follow through, they won't even warn you, they will just pull your license. You have to be available 24/7! I mean that literally. There were nights I wouldn't get home till very late, and have to have appointment preps done before the next morning, for appointments that I had just got assigned that day while out on other appointments all day. If I didn't have it done, even if that meant getting less than 4 hours of sleep, I was in trouble. You are REQUIRED to participate in EVERY DAY huddles and trainings, 1-3 hours total unless you are at an appointment. There is a dress code. They will treat you like a W-2 employee and get away with not paying you hourly for your time. Maybe other regions are different, but it was not good in my region. Insanely low commissions splits for leads given by Mark Spain.

Pros

Remote work. No other pros.

Cons

Low moral across inside teams. Separation of departments. Lack of transparency on any company changes or policy changes. There is no HR/Employee handbook. Senior leadership is not kind and lacks empathy. (Clicky) Volume is insane. Micro management at its heaviest. It is now a call center. Expect high call volume and no breaks. Job description does not match actual work. Bonus structure is weak. No opportunity for career advancement. If you wanna be underpaid and under appreciated, this is the place for you. This is not a real estate position. It’s a call center and you’re penalized for providing good customer service. The bonus structure is a ratio. Any call over 45 seconds count negatively against you and takes money from your bonus. I wouldn’t recommend this job to my worth enemy.
