      Caring mission. CEO very personable. Good benefits

      Not the culture promoted internally or externally. Poor company wide communication by building Administator. You are not given an opportunity to share concerns. New Assisant to HR Director is abrupt . No fair and honest exit interviews.

      What truly sets this school apart is its heart. The dedication, patience, and creativity of the staff make every day purposeful. Seeing a student achieve a new skill or express joy in a way they couldn’t before reminds you why this work matters so much.

      Cons

      The work can be demanding at times, but it’s deeply fulfilling.
