      Making a difference for people with severe disabilities. Great first step into healthcare without having to go through CNA school since they train you.

      Cons

      Overworked. Strict call off policy which leads to burn out. Drama filled long term employees.

      What truly sets this school apart is its heart. The dedication, patience, and creativity of the staff make every day purposeful. Seeing a student achieve a new skill or express joy in a way they couldn’t before reminds you why this work matters so much.

      Cons

      The work can be demanding at times, but it’s deeply fulfilling.
