Pros
The Pay is sufficient for the most part.
Cons
Employee Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities are not well defined at all, the end result is that there are many gaps that lead to many problems. Leadership is weak, unable to organize themselves, their employees, or the company in an intelligent manner. Management is reactive not proactive, and takes shortcuts that payoff badly. When important issues are escalated to management they are often ignored until they develop into an emergency. When skilled, professional employees offer solutions to resolve systemic problems they are ignored. Turnover is high - constant. The work environment is confused, hectic, and often frustrating. I would not recommend this company as a good place to work.
