      Great compensation, hard work but it gets easier when you have a system, great benefits, good reward system

      Cons

      On call for the first 6 months and don’t care about you personal time, management shows favoritism which will put your job at risk even if you’re the best, a ton of unnecessary drama in the office that effects mainly the drivers, very stressful environment at the yard so my advice is get in grab your paperwork and GET OUT with little to no conversations made. Your there to work, not make friends.

      Pays okay good coworkers Okay hours

      Cons

      Lied to get most of us in the door. Management will promise you one thing then gaslight you when you ask about those things. Management is nowhere to be seen when the actual work is being done, most are working 4-6 hour days 3-4 days a week. Very reactive rather than proactive in their approach to running the business.
