Great benefits, PTO, Pension, equipment, coworkers, etc. if you’re a committed, hard working, safe and honest person. Martin Brower could be the best job you’ve ever had! It is for me! I thank God everyday I return safe from my route because I’m so grateful for this place. I transferred from another Reyes Holdings company here and I’m happier than ever.

Cons

Working nights is a little hard sometimes. We recently took on another account and it can be a little chaotic some days, but I think it will improve after a little time.

Steady work ,Good Pay with seniority . UNION SHOP!!! Also there are lots of good people working here

These people are the worst micro managers. They harass us for everything and I mean everything. It is enough to make you quit at times. Also they provide the absolute worst benefits. You pay $6,000 + out of pocket with premiums and co pay before they cover anything per year. Not to mention the supervisors (most not all) are people who know nothing about trucks or how they work? Constant B.S about your driving from stupid drivecam in our trucks. They are arrogant snobby stuck up so called Management. We have a 21 year old kid telling grown men how to drive.
