Pros

* My direct manager is wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. She knows everything about her department and will answer you at 3am. * Pay is somehow, one of the best in the areas. This is not a compliment but rather an observation * Overall easy work, but it change up enough that it's not monotonous

Cons

* Upper management is full of favoritism, know-it-alls, and people who can't take criticism or "no" for an answer. * Pay for warehousemen and drivers is fantastic, for supervisors and managers it's great. HOURLY ADMIN DON'T MAKE ENOUGH TO SURVIVE!!!!! Despite being a global, multi-billion dollar, they cannot pay their hourly admin enough to rent an apartment within an HOUR LONG COMMUTE OF THE CAMPUS!!! It is completely absurd, and yet somehow they offer one of the best pays in the area. * Only way to move up is to be able to uproot your entire life at a moment's notice (without a guarantee of your move being covered by the company) and suck up to the upper management so much that 80% of the qualifications don't matter because they'll 'train you on the job'.

Pros

Pays okay good coworkers Okay hours

Cons

Lied to get most of us in the door. Management will promise you one thing then gaslight you when you ask about those things. Management is nowhere to be seen when the actual work is being done, most are working 4-6 hour days 3-4 days a week. Very reactive rather than proactive in their approach to running the business.
