No work-life balance, old management - Anonymous employee Martin-Brower Employee Review

I was a corporate employee at MB in Rosemont. The work-life balance is nothing. They expect the "lower" people in the "ladder" to work like crazy and the old management doesnt work that much. Anyways, I am sure this company will fall down because of the way they are getting greedy and an "i dont care" attitude towards new hires and "lower" people in ladder. No PTO allowed even if you have accumulated in your account. Crazy work-life: working from Sundays to late friday nights. only off on saturday.
