Pros

They are Union and have good benefits.

Cons

I worked for Martin Brower for 30+ years. They were great for the first 20. After they were bought by Reyes Holdings employees became numbers. The work load has doubled but the pay doesn't represent that. The injury rate is high there. If you are injured you become a cancer to them. You are expected to push carts that can weigh up to 1800 lbs. into McDonalds stores with no assistance. You also have to deliver to stores in the middle of the night with no security and poor lighting. They have trained the routers to maximize loads daily. When I started there I was shown the stack of over 300 applications and told I should be proud I was picked. Now they are lucky to get 5 or 6 applications. And the turnover is high. When I left the company had a goal of 125 drivers. 3 years later and they have 106. 3 fewer than when I left.

Pros

Pays okay good coworkers Okay hours

Cons

Lied to get most of us in the door. Management will promise you one thing then gaslight you when you ask about those things. Management is nowhere to be seen when the actual work is being done, most are working 4-6 hour days 3-4 days a week. Very reactive rather than proactive in their approach to running the business.
