Pros
The money can be great but it’s inconsistent.
Cons
Where do I start.... if you have years of experience delivering supplies to customers, then you know what to expect. There is little to no support from supervisors, warehouse, or yard dogs. Everyone there is out for themselves and will not look out for the next guy. Equipment is 50/50 old or worn out. Nothing is an issue until someone gets hurt. As a driver you will have to do your job, the warehouse’s, and sometimes the management’s job. The customer sees only one person from the company and that is you. When they’re unhappy it’s you that gets it. Overall there is no Accountability except for you. Management basically talks to the customers over the phone briefly before deferring them to Customer Service which according to our customers is awful. Now when the franchise owners start complaining, Management falls all over each other trying to put out the fire. Unfortunately, not a lot of owners care enough to make that happen. Basically we have one customer and they can’t even take care of them.Apply at own risk.
