      Pays well, A lot of oppertunity for overtime, Good benifits, They're real good about breaks.

      Cons

      Training involves a 3-5 minute run through and then they expect you to do it yourself. Unrealistic expectations for new employees. Little time home with family because of hours.

      Pays okay good coworkers Okay hours

      Cons

      Lied to get most of us in the door. Management will promise you one thing then gaslight you when you ask about those things. Management is nowhere to be seen when the actual work is being done, most are working 4-6 hour days 3-4 days a week. Very reactive rather than proactive in their approach to running the business.
