      Worst management No work life balance provided Under paying their employees Benefits are below market average Management style is more dictatorship than team building Leadership has no skill set to go through change management when this company needs it the most. Feels like they keep making rash decisions to cover up the previous misses which leads to more issues.

      Pays okay good coworkers Okay hours

      Cons

      Lied to get most of us in the door. Management will promise you one thing then gaslight you when you ask about those things. Management is nowhere to be seen when the actual work is being done, most are working 4-6 hour days 3-4 days a week. Very reactive rather than proactive in their approach to running the business.
