Pros
The pay ($29.67/hr - top tier), benefits are decent, we get RSP contributions and 15 paid sick/personal days per year.
Cons
Management is the biggest con. They're pretentious and arrogant, they have horrible hiring practices, and they basically spit on their employees on a regular basis. Safety is a con as well, I personally have been injured on the job, and management has not rectified the situation at all, and infact, they make it worse sometimes. They say safety is their top priority, but the attitude of supervisors and management is to be productive, productive, productive. More than 1 employee has been injured because they feel they need to produce ridiculous case/hr numbers. No chance at advancement, as the company put a "supervisors must have college degree" policy in place. Meaning not a single person working on the floor can move up to supervisor positions.
