Pros
Pay and benefits, that is all. And the only reason these are so good is to try and prevent people from being able to find comparable rates elsewhere so good people end up putting up with terrible "leadership" for longer then they should.
Cons
Management pure and simple. Beyond toxic, they claim they welcome feedback but punish anyone who does not tell them they are doing a great job and will fabricate stories to fire people who tell them they aren't doing a good job. They do not develop leadership from within they do not have anyone capable of developing another person at this point and they actively punish good leaders till they leave. Management is incompetent, hides in their offices, and micromanages the competent employees till they quit. "Leadership" makes promises they either can't keep or have no intention of keeping just to keep employees from leaving and as soon as the resignations slow down they go back on their words. Employees are viewed as expendable so turnover is high and lower level employees are tasked with constantly training new people while management sits back and barks orders from their offices.
