The more experienced associates who have been there for years are cocky and rude. No one helps each other, it’s a competitive free for all, which goes against the nature of a true union based company. If you order select, you’ll get the worse of it. No time for breaks, high case counts, your work area is constantly a mess and it’s just straight up exhausting Also it’s a process to complete a single order cause of everything you have to do.
