      Some of the employees are wonderful to work with. A few (3-4) good leadership personnel.

      Cons

      MANAGEMENT! Managers are very much a "good ol' boys" club. Ability to do the job do not matter, as long as you are friends with the right people. Promotions based on who you know, rather than what you know. Even with numerous complaints and proof that managers are stealing, they know the right people and keep their jobs, while pushing out the good employees.

      Pays okay good coworkers Okay hours

      Cons

      Lied to get most of us in the door. Management will promise you one thing then gaslight you when you ask about those things. Management is nowhere to be seen when the actual work is being done, most are working 4-6 hour days 3-4 days a week. Very reactive rather than proactive in their approach to running the business.
