Cons
- No room for personal growth within the company - General Manager is very biased, misogynistic, and ageist. - Very little training while being expected to know everything like you’ve worked there for 10 years. - Warehouse is NEVER held accountable. - You are put in a lot of situations where you are damned if you do, and damned if you don’t. - Personal and confidential information never stays private. - Most of the higher ups look, and talk down to hourly’s. - Company tells new hires that if you are scheduled on a holiday you get holiday pay when they actually just cut most people from the schedule so they don’t have to pay you more. - Overtime is NEVER offered or available. - Management decides how they treat their hourly workers based on how they are feeling that day. - Management is not professional, and will attack/ - Management is not professional, and will attack/criticize you on a personal level when upset. - EXTREME favoritism - Management talks badly, and spreads false information about hourly employees they don’t like as an individual to other hourly employees creating a very unsafe and toxic work atmosphere.
