      Pros

      Most the folks on the floor cool. GM seem like he tryin to do right, just got a lot to deal with.

      Cons

      Warehouse got a lot of favoritism, mostly from leadership. Transportation a joke, too much drama and nobody knows what they doing. Don’t matter how hard you work, if you not one of the favorites, you get treated like nothing. HR don’t help at all. Her door always closed and honestly it feel like she don’t wanna be bothered. Nobody even wanna go in there.

      Pays okay good coworkers Okay hours

      Cons

      Lied to get most of us in the door. Management will promise you one thing then gaslight you when you ask about those things. Management is nowhere to be seen when the actual work is being done, most are working 4-6 hour days 3-4 days a week. Very reactive rather than proactive in their approach to running the business.
