Good pay if u don’t have family or life

Cons

Racism discrimination and treating employees like they are nothing no sick time 7 pto for the whole year not great got someone’s who have kids and someone who have questions everything inside and they tell u is a lie and safety doesn’t exist at all that’s why a lot of ppl quit and start a lawsuit against theme for back injury or having issues in their legs due to the long hours standing up and more and more it’s good if you’re fake person and racist if so that’s the best place for u and u will make it

Took dirty plant with zero working cleaning equipment to a plant in the 12 month (December) To a plant with new cleaning equipment and no deviations on SQF audit in sanitation and pest control.First time for no deviation in my area Overall plant SQF audit 97 out of 100 The 4 Rabbi quarter visits were excellent Rabbi stated we were the cleanest bakery he had been in.

Had no mentor for training Hsd to learn hands on No outside training to enhance my bakery knowledge
