This company has no pros . It is just a crap.
Cons
Very worst company , they do not have any ethics . They do not have any vendor with any client . You have to do everything from your end to get the Contract . If you do not find a contract within Less time , they will literally demoralize you . They pay very less . If you want to leave them . They will hold the grudge and do not support you future . They will ask for your visa related documents of future employer which is not ethical . CEO of the company do not have any ethics and he is of no morals only money is the first priority. I worked for them pretty decent amount of time . They paid me very less not even 60% of my billing rate . They do not have any proper hr policy and she is not at all supportive. They are like bloodsuckers of the employees and their money . If you want to move out of the company, they will hold the grudge and stop responding and hold your pay for long time In one word do not join this company .
