Working at MCC has allowed me to pursue my passion of helping others. Every day I come to work with a purpose. You can truly make a difference in the lives of the residents and participants in our program. Close-knit working environment makes coworkers feel like family and also allows for great cross-departmental collaboration. I have the opportunity to be creative in my role which I also love. Good amount of PTO as well.
