      The Mary Campbell Center listens to what employees have to say. We are heard and action is taken. The people who live here are well taken care of. Management is understanding and very receptive. Advancement is a real thing here.

      Board pretends to care but can’t be bothered to walk the community and see what is really going on!!! They listen to long term finance and HR team members but don’t listen to the leader, direct care workers or residents.
