They do offer trainings and support for new designers. Flexible schedules for the most part. Flexible work location Office/Home/Hybrid. Safety focus continually improving.
Cons
No annual pay increase. Micromanaging on the rise, Favoritism. Same high expectations regardless of pay or designer level. Designer level does not match the designer knowledge and ability. Unprofessionalism from management. Overworking is part of the culture.
