Pros
- Plenty of room for growth and opportunity. Was able to learn as much as I could from a warehouse associate and take that knowledge to become a lead, after experience from that and making good relationships was able to move forward with my career and join the IS - Support Analyst team. - Communication, collaboration and team work. The culture here is amazing, everyone here is so nice and helpful from the People Team to the staff out in the warehouse, everyone is willing to lend a hand. - The ability to accomplish goals and meet deadlines. Company is constantly growing with many goals to achieve. Big projects like Autostore and expanding the warehouse for more departments and positions to thrive.
