Working at Master Electronics has been such a unique experience. I have never worked for a company where my opinions and ideas were truly considered and utilized. They put in such a great effort to make work enjoyable for its team and to make a difference for those at work and those in the community. Significant good has been a top priority and it shows through the VTO opportunities, onsite drives, and helpful information shared though various speakers. They also support diversity and inclusion which is shown through the company ERGs. I get to be a part of a group that educates, brings significant good to the community and team, and that is enriching to speak with. They also have an amazing Employee Assistance Program that can help employees with anything going on in their life. I see the amazing effort the company puts in every day and it shows that they are living their core value. I am grateful to have found this company, as it has shown me many ways companies can make a positive impact on their teams if they really want to.
