Pros

Company has plants across the USA. Transfering to another plant is always an option. Masterbrand is good for entry level positions after college.

Cons

Management does not have the ability to lead the plants in the write direction. It's all about politics with Masterbrand. It's not about what you know and your knowledge base and skill-set but who you know, and who you've done favors for.

Salary Pay above average, very good benefits.

Cons

Cutthroat bottom line company only focused on hours/unit costs. Standard work exists but is not trained on nor enforced by poorly trained/overworked Supervisors. Hourly employees are treated like robots and work/life balance does not exist for most employees.
