Pros

Reasonable pay. Offer first and third shift which allows your schedule to be a little more flexible. The work is not complicated. A lot of job opportunities. Good benefits.

Cons

It is a company based on teamwork and sometimes the employees are not as passionate about work or they are just not on the same page which affects the work flow.

Salary Pay above average, very good benefits.

Cons

Cutthroat bottom line company only focused on hours/unit costs. Standard work exists but is not trained on nor enforced by poorly trained/overworked Supervisors. Hourly employees are treated like robots and work/life balance does not exist for most employees.
