Pros
Masterbrand Cabinets actually cares about it's employess. They give you PTO (paid time off) to handle your appointments and other things. Also they give you an incentive check every month for every hour worked. Masterbrand also pays you a decent wage.
Cons
The downside is that you never really know what time your getting off and that's early or late but that's just a small con to me..
