Pros

The money was ok. Benefits could have been better. No room to grow unless you were a liar or back stabber

Cons

Most good ol boy company I ever worked for. The treatment they give to people that aren't in their group is the worst micro manage when they don't have a clue

Salary Pay above average, very good benefits.

Cons

Cutthroat bottom line company only focused on hours/unit costs. Standard work exists but is not trained on nor enforced by poorly trained/overworked Supervisors. Hourly employees are treated like robots and work/life balance does not exist for most employees.
