Small team sizes mean lots of responsibility and it's easy to get your voice heard by leadership. Pretty decent caterer development and leadership training opportunities Really takes safety of employees seriously

Cons

Tends to be in very small towns without a lot going on in them A little behind and slow to embrace new technologies and trends like working remotely

Salary Pay above average, very good benefits.

Cons

Cutthroat bottom line company only focused on hours/unit costs. Standard work exists but is not trained on nor enforced by poorly trained/overworked Supervisors. Hourly employees are treated like robots and work/life balance does not exist for most employees.
