Pros
Pay is fair, upper management is adequate. Can be very interesting work depending on area of employment. Very fast pace on the production side of the plant.
Cons
No convection to employees, very poor management, the upper directors have no idea as to what they are doing and just pass the buck when it comes to taking on anything.
