Pros
The work is easy and challenging but once you plateau it is very hard to advance within the company. For the most part the people keep you there, but you have to cya.
Cons
The rate at which you can advance within the company is dismal, and once you reach a certain point it's all about the butt you kiss to get ahead. The company culture preaches teamwork but I see very few of these attributes being exercised in every day activities. Not only are there shift wars between the employees themselves but some members of management perpetuate this mentality. This company and the plant that I work at has a lot of potential but it doesn't matter because there is so much dysfunction and unorganized chaos on a daily basis.
