Poor Atmoshphere - Assembly Line Worker MasterBrand Cabinets Employee Review

- Toxic peers and supervisory staff/hiring staff. There was lots of drama in all positions including HR and line supervisors. - Not a lot of room for growth and quickly becomes dull and repetitive. It's back breaking work too if you don't watch your form. - The working hours increased dramatically when I worked there. from full time to 60 hours req with 8 more optional on Sunday within the first three weeks of employment.
