Pros
Mathnasium had very flexible hours. Because I was a student while I was employed there, I was able to coordinate with Mathnasium to find hours that would fit my schedule. Mathnasium also has fantastic support structures for tutors, including a curriculum designed by them that is quite easy to use and instruct with.
Cons
There were few downsides to working at Mathnasium, other than that at times the work can be mildly overwhelming. I had days where I would be working with students at such different stages in their educational journey that it could at times be difficult to divide my attention between teaching multiplication and integration.
